IT Support Specialist/Help Desk

Experience: 2-5 year IT support
Security Clearance: Secret
Certifications Requirements: Microsoft and Security+ certifications
This position provides support to end users by handling service requests. Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. Responsibilites include: developing solutions for network, desktop, and server problems, analyzing exisiting systems and making improvement suggestions, and maintaining/implementing all systems, applications and networking configurations.
